Join me at TIER for Yin Yoga!
The poses in Yin yoga are passive and generally held from one minute to over five minutes. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.
For this class, it's best to have some props at the ready. I recommend bringing a couple blankets or towels. If you like the option of more support, bring along a couple of pillows and a yoga bolster.
