This class offers a broad introduction to a variety of common yoga poses, with an emphasis on fundamentals and modifications that work with your body’s needs. You will move at a steady pace with pauses to rest and reconnect.
Bring water, a yoga mat, towels or blankets, and yoga blocks if you like.
Students are highly encouraged to wear a mask if physical distancing is not possible
Please stay home if you are feeling sick
