Whether you're new to yoga, are leveling up, or have been practing for years, this class is perfect for you. We'll learn how to transition safely from pose to pose, how to modify for your body's needs, as well as go over the dynamics of poses. Having 2 blocks, a few blankets or towels, as well as some type of strap (think bathrobe sash) are recommended for this class.
