Yin Yoga ZOOM CLASS

The poses in Yin yoga are passive and generally held from one minute to over five minutes. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.

For this class, it's best to have some props at the ready. 2 to 3 blankets and 2 blocks are perfect. If you don't have blocks, you can use hardbound books or even Amazon boxes instead. Also, a couple of pillows can work really well, as can a yoga bolster if you happen to have one.
